Since the advent of industrialization, concerns about improving corporate performance and results have been a constant theme. The byproduct of this movement was the fact that high-performance human production requires an understanding that goes far beyond mere orders and rules to be actually effective. The principles developed for coaching allow people to become aware of themselves through a self-analysis or approximation of their reputation, through self-assessment or use of specific tools, thus helping in their self-development and establishing concrete plans of action. Leadership based on this method is based on awareness of development needs. From the moment we are clear about our goals, we do not pay attention to parallel focuses and we become sure of what we want and what we need to do, making us more effective. This is how the life of a coach or a leader who is a coach (for this we use the name of Leader Coach) is lived in an organization’s life. Less orders and more dialogue; Fewer answers and more questions; Less fear and more focus, plans and projects, that is, more awareness and responsibility. The contemporary world no longer accepts an inflexible structural form where we are only given orders. The new millennium demands the integral human being, able to dialogue in its wealth of meanings and possibilities. Modern life requires flexibility and mobility. Thus, participating in a company, developing immersed in an educational curriculum and establishing a professional plan, are today achievable tasks if coaching and its tools are increasingly present in the lives of leaders.
